WMC Announces Leadership Addition and Nuclear Fuel Division Structure to Support Global Growth

WMC is pleased to announce an addition to our leadership team within the Nuclear Fuel Division, along with an updated organizational structure designed to strengthen our commercial focus and enhance support for customers across the global nuclear fuel cycle. As the global nuclear fuel market continues to evolve, this structure enhances WMC’s ability to sharpen its commercial focus while expanding its ability to deliver reliable, customer-centric solutions across the front end of the fuel cycle.

Under the updated structure, the Nuclear Fuel Division will be organized into two dedicated business units:

Nuclear Fuel Solutions – responsible for WMC’s commercial activities across front-end nuclear fuel supply, including uranium, conversion, and enrichment products, as well as tailored contracting and financing structures for global utilities.

Agency & Corporate Development – focused on managing WMC’s existing agency agreements and advancing strategic initiatives, including uranium sales from NexGen’s Rook I Project and other corporate development activities.

We are proud to have Nikko Collida step into the role of Managing Director, Nuclear Fuel Solutions. Nikko joined WMC in 2024 and brings more than a decade of experience in the nuclear fuel sector, including senior commercial and management roles at ConverDyn, one of the world’s largest producers of uranium hexafluoride. In his new role, he will lead all customer-facing commercial activities within Nuclear Fuel Solutions and deepen WMC’s engagement with utilities, enrichers, converters, and producers worldwide.

As part of the organizational update, Mandeep Ludu has assumed the role of Managing Director, Agency & Corporate Development. Mandeep joined WMC in 2019 and has played a central role in expanding the company’s commercial footprint in the global nuclear fuel market. In his new position, he will oversee uranium sales from NexGen’s Rook I Project, manage agency relationships, and guide broader corporate development and strategic partnership initiatives.

This updated structure reflects WMC’s commitment to delivering world-class service and strengthening its role as a trusted partner across the nuclear fuel supply chain.
